Hours are getting longer and days shorter, sounds mixed up doesn’t it? Well that's exactly what’s happening with over 2,000 bills to go over, time is becoming an elusive little fellow around here. The day starts at 6:00 a.m. and ends at 6:00 p.m. Committee meetings in the morning, Session until 1:30, committee meetings in the afternoon, back in Session at 5:00 for 45 minutes and answering mail, returning calls in between. Just the way it should be to get down to work and get the job done.
And what a job is being done, killing questionable legislation right in the beginning instead of at the last minute.
