Any interested person tpuDhc witness) desiring to make a statement at the hearing should appear in the Commission’s Courtroom at 9:45 a.m. on the hearing date and identify himself or herself to the Bailiff.
On or before February 27, 1981, any interested person desiring to cross-examine witnesses, present testimony, and otherwise participate as a protestant, as defined in Rule 4:6 of the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure (“SCC Rules”), shall file with the Clerk an original and five copies of a Protest (SCC Rule 5:16 (b)) together with an original and ten copies of the prepared testimony and exhibits the protestant intends to present at the hearing, and serve a copy of each upon Company.
