To the editor:
The front page of the Washington Post. February 16, 1981. tells of the loss of dairy cattle, fish and poultry, and destruction of milk due to arsenic and chromium from the Culpeper Wood Preservers. This tragic story warns us. again, that we are not protected by the State and Federal bureaucracies that have reassuring titles like "State Health Department". "State Water Control Board." and "Environmental Protection Agency."
