a second public hearing, this one on Donald Brown's application to rezone his lot on Route 211 three miles south of Amissville from agriculture to commercial for the operation of a building supply yard.
The commissioners also forwarded an application for a 3.392 acre agricultural and forestal district on to the special AFD advisory committee. The parcels involved, located primarily in Gid Brown Hollow and along Rt. 211 east of Sperryville. are owned by 19 different individuals.
Just as the commissioners were ready to adjourn their February 18 meeting, they were joined bv professional planner Dick McNear, ex officio member who is assisting with review and revision of the county's zoning and subdivision ordinances.
