Ronald M. Boshette of Amissville plead guilty in Federal court in Alexandria on Friday to charges that he failed to file personal income tax returns in 1076.
As part of a plea bargaining agreement. Judge Albert V. Bryan. Jr. dismissed charges against Boshette for failure to file 1077 returns.
Sentencing has been set for March 20 Maximum penalty that Boshette faces is one year in jail and a $10,000 fine. In addition, he will be required to pay $1,800 plus penalty and interest for taxes due in 1076 as well as back taxes for 1077.
Currently. Boshette is free on $5,000 personal bond.
