Miller responded that the planners also created a precedent in recommending denial of the Dodson rezoning in early February.
"We've chosen not to play real hard ball (with enforcement of the county's zoning laws)." added Luke, noting that county regulations allow for a S250 fine per day plus other remedies for violations of the zoning ordinance.
