RappSki Ltd., owner of the out-of-business ski area in Harris Hollow, filed a rezoning application Monday to allow for residential development of 226 acres.
According to a plat on file in the zoning office, the limited partnership is seeking to have eight parcels rezoned from commercial to residential subdivision. The lots range in size from 25 to 29.98 acres.
The partnership intends to keep the current commercial zoning on a 75-acre parcel which contains the ski slopes and lodge.
