All the bills I have in have passed and cleared except the ‘‘cat bill”. My resolution calling for a study of Uranium Mining cleared the House today thanks to Senator Nathan Miller. V.P.l. informed me after the resolution left the House that they could not do the job. so I contacted Chairman Joseph Johnson of the Virginia Commission on Coal and Energy and they agreed to conduct the study. Senator Miller was quick to place an amendment in the Senate Rules Committee making this change for which 1 am most grateful. After his amendment was accepted, it cleared
