represent the feelings ot many residents when 1 say that the value of a child's education must be considered of far greater- importance than a few extra tax dollars.
I am equally certain that we shall not achieve the quality of education which our children need if we play Scrooge with our teachers’ salaries. It is particularly important that we place a higher value on experience and dedication so we may keep the good teachers we have and attract talented new staff members to make a career in the County.
Whether or not they have a child in the public school system, any person who truly cares for the future of Rappahannock will be willing to make this small but vital investment in the County’s future.
