Each vehicle inspection will continue to be a complete inspection and will include a check of all applicable items, except that a reinspection of a rejected vehicle by the same station during the seve'n-day validity of the rejection sticker need include only a check of the items previously found defective. Such reinspection will not constitute a complete inspection and no inspection fee will be charged. The validity period of a rejection sticker is seven (7) days excluding Saturdays. Sundays and the actual day of the initial inspection.
