Settle told the commissioners that he’d discussed his plans for a garage with I. L. Parrish before he built the structure three and a half years ago. According to Settle, Parrish was initially opposed to the original location on the road but told him that he had “no complaints” if the garage was ‘put back in the mountain...I put it b^ck where he wanted it.” Settle said.
Bill Kelly and Steve Bullock, adjoining landowners to property two miles away that was rezoned to a commercial garage last December, both supported Settle's application.
