Paula Butler, a senior at Rappahannock County High School, has been riven the “Good Citizenship” award by the Culpeper Minute Men Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR).
The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul F. Butler of Boston, Paula was chosen for the award by her classmates and the RCHS faculty on the basis of her qualities of leadership, dependability, service and patriotism. This year, she’s senior class treasurer. Student Council Association treasurer, president of the Varsity Club and a member of the National Honor Society. She managed to keeep her grades at all A’s and B’s even during basketball season when she played guard for the Rappahannock’s Lady Panthers.
