On February 17, the Rappahannock Panthers played the Luray Bulldogs. The varsity team fell to defeat with a 40-72 score. The J.V. team was also defeated 21-27.
On February 20. the seniors played the faculty at RCHS. In the opening of the ladies game the faculty team pulled to an early lead, with Mrs. Jim Logan, special ed teacher, starring. The seniors, stunned with the consistancy of the faculty, pulled together and defeated the lady faculty with an 18-14 score.
The second game was fought between the male seniors and faculty. The faculty jumped to an early lead and showed the seniors just how the game is played. Thfey continued to dominate the remainder of the game and the final score was seniors 16. faculty 42.
The FHA (Future Homemakers of America) has scheduled a dance for March 6.
