Rappahannock New, Photo/Daphna Halchinano MOBILE HOME-Peter Kramer brought house movers up from Virginia Beach this Tuesday to relocate the frame home formerly owned by the Camerons on Main Street. Sidewalk superintendents gawked and snapped shutters as the house rolled slowly by the Parish Hall with movers scrambling across the roof to lift telephone and utility lines. Kramer, a furniture maker and carpenter who has given new life to several old buildings in town, plans to restore the house.
