A reception followed at Flint Hill fire hall.
Mrs. Settle chose a jade green dress and corsage of peach roses for her daughter’s wedding. The bridegroom’s mother wore a two-piece rose dress and corsage of mixed flowers.
After a trip to Williamsburg, Mr. and Mrs. Newlin are making their home in Flint Hill. Mrs. Newlin is employed with F&M National Bank in Flint Hill and Mr. Newlin is a trooper with the Virginia Department of State Police.
Auxiliary Planned
An endeavor is being made in Sperryville to generate interest in the organization of a Ladies Auxiliary to the fire company there. Any lady in the area who may be interested in joining should attend the meeting April IS at 7 p.m. in the fire hall.
