TRUSTEE'S SALE OF IMPROVED REAL ESTATE By virtue of the authority vested by that certain Deed of Trust dated August 20, 1979, and recorded August 28, 1979 in Deed Book 133 at Page 64, among the land records of Rappahannock County, Virginia, default having been made under the terms of said deed of trust and the indebtedness secured thereby; and having been requested and directed by the holder of the note evidencing the indebtedness, the undersigned Trustee declares all the debts and obligations secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust at once due and payable and will offer for sale at public auction on the front steps of the Rappahannock County Courthouse on April 15, 1981, at 11:00 a.m., all that real estate situate in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, more particularly described as follows: All the following described tract or parcel of land, together with buildings and improvements thereon and privileges and appurtenances therewith connected, situate, lying and being in Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, approximately two miles west of Washington, Virginia, on U.S. Route No. 211 and described according to a plat and survey of Curry T. Guinn, Jr., Certified Land Surveyor, dated August 22,1964, to wit: Tract 1: Beginning at C, an iron pipe running S 24Vi degrees E 70' to B, a pipe, thence S 65 % degrees W 121' to E, a pipe set in a wire fence, thence N I6V2 degrees w 187.5' to D, a fence post, thence N 65 % degrees E 184' to C and beginning, containing .63 acres.
