certain tracts or parcels of land lying and being situate in the Jackson Magisterial District of Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing by estimation 25 -acres, more or less, said land alleged to have been obtained by the Complainants and their predecessors in title as set forth in said Bill of Complaint. An affidavit having been made and filed that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of this suit whose names are unknown and making them parties unknown by the general description of "PARTIES UNKNOWN," and that John Anderson, if he be living, may not be a resident of this state, his last known address being Amissville, Virginia.
It is ordered that the said persons made defendant by the general description of "unknown heirs, devisees, and successors in title or unknown parties" do appear on or before 5 May, 1981 and do what is* necessary to protect their interests herein.
It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in the County of Rappahannock, State of Virginia; that a copy be posted at the front door of the Court House of said Rappahannock County, Virginia, within ten (10) days after the entry of this order of publication and that the Clerk file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this cause.
