At this time the judge also found Lonnie Gene Clatterbuck of Sperryville an habitual offender and revoked his operator's license for ten years. John Walter Hart of Washington was also convicted as an haibutal offender and received the same license revocation.
Bond was set for Robert Clarence Martin at $5000 cash, a thousand on each of four counts of arson in the bam burnings Halloween eve at the farm of C. E. Johnson, Jr. at Sperryville. Martin is also from Sperryville. A hearing is set for April 16 on these charges.
James Franklin Williams, Jr. of Amissville, on probation for attempted arson was cited for violation of probation after failing to pay restitution of $519 and $68 costs. This is to be paid $50 monthly.
