I, Frances J. W. Carney, Chairman of the Republican Party of Rappahannock County, and pursuant to the Party Plan of the Republican Party of Virginia, do hereby call a mass meeting of all members of the Republican Party for the County of Rappahannock to be held in the Court Room of the Court House, Washington, Virginia, on Friday, April 10, 1981, at 7:30 P.M. local time, for the purpose of:

1. The election of four (4) delegates and four (4) alternates to represent Rappahannock County at the State Convention of the Republican Party of Virginia, which will be held at the Pavilion, Virginia Beach, Virginia, starting at twelve o’clock noon local time, on Friday, June 5, 1981, for the purpose of nominating a Republican candidate for each of the offices of Governor, Lieutenant Governor and Attorney General of the State of Virginia, and for the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the
