As of Wednesday. March 25, only planning commissioner A. Y. Stokes from Piedmont District had failed to file the necessary listing of real estate for 1980, required for all family members who reside with the local officials as well as the office holders themselves.
In the past week, planning commissioner Newbill Miller, commissioner of revenue and assessor Merle Scoggin and board of zoning appeals members George Muth and James Massie turned in disclosure forms. In addition, Mrs. Muth filed disclosure of her real estate interests and holdings.
