Whether or not the village of Sperryville will get its long delayed sewer system in the foreseeable future appears tied to a second question: will the Rappahannock board of supervisors apply for a community development bock grant and will the county be awarded those additional federal funds that can bring monthly user fees for a sewer system down to the $20 range the residents of Sperryville can afford?
