Blue Maid wanety Mesial is thought to be the hardiest of the blue hollies. It is a vigorously growing pyramidal plant reaching a height of 15 feet. The new growth is bronze colored. which contrasts nicely with the mature dark green foliage.

Blue Princess produces more berries than the other female blue hollies. It has an upright, pyramidal growth pattern, reaching an ultimate height of 12-15 feet, with a 10-foot spread.

Blue Prince and Blue Stallion are the male hollies that were developed to pollinate the female blue hollies. Males are needed to insure the presence of berries.

blue Prince will fertilize four female hollies around it. Blue Stallion, the more recent introduction, will pollinate eight female hollies.

These pyramidal plants grow 15 feet tall and have a 10-foot spread.
