The Rappahannock 4-H Livestock Qub elected officers for the year at a meeting on Monday, November 16. Amanda Magee is president, Laura Adams vice-president, Denice Eidson secretary, Matthew Owings reporter, and Charlotte Magee treasurer.
We discussed new and old business. Laura Adams gave two reports on different breeds of sheep and how to keep your sheep healthy. Matthew Owings gave a report on wool and its uses.
We thank the three new members, Lewis Poore and Jane and Sherry Kidwell, for coming to our meeting.
Everyone is welcome at our next meeting which will be held Monday, December 7, at 7:30 p.m. at the Court House.
