Wakefield seniors Christopher White and John Skowronski won first and third places respectively in the fifth annual American Legion Oratorical Contest he}d Saturday in Front Roval.
The second place winner was Cass Crim, a Warren County High School senior.
The contest rules require each participant to deliver, without benefit of notes, a prepared oration of up to ten minutes on some aspect of the U. S. Constitution. Later, contestants must speak extemporaneously for five minutes on questions related to the Constitution.
