THE YWCA INTERNATIONAL FAIR will open December 4 at the Washington Hilton Hotel and will feature uniaue handcrafts, imports, exotic foods, dancers and musicians, traditional and modern dress by embassy families, testiles and embroideries from Asia, Africa and Europe and a fashion parade at 2 p.m. Mrs. George Bush, who will cut the ribbon for the opening, is seen chatting with the fair chairman, Mrs. Norman E. Cartwright-Brown of Slate Mills, who recently established the Conyers House there.
