As a protective measure for all Potomac Edison customers, meter readers have been issued new uniforms to assure you of their identification while on your property to read your electric meter.
In case you have any doubt concerning a meter reader’s identity, please ask the individual for his or her Potomac Edison ID card. In addition to the uniform, all meter readers carry photo identification cards or badges. At any time you are not satisfied with the person’s identification, please call your local PE office for verification. We’re always glad to be of assistance.
