Under the terms of a plea agreement, Glasker, who was charged with breaking and entering and grand larceny, pled guilty to trespass. His sentence of 12 months in jail was suspended and he was placed on supervised probation for one year. As one of four individuals involved in the Pine Knot case, Glasker was also required to make restitution amounting to one-quarter of the value of articles taken from the premises and pay a S100 fine plus court costs.
Register, who pled guilty to trespass and petty larceny under terms of a plea agreement, was sentenced to two 12-month concurrent sentences, placed on 12 months probation and required to make restitution similar to Glasker’s plus $100 fine and court costs. In addition, Glasker was directed to participate in an alcohol rehabilitation program. Judge Robertson approved transfer of his probation to supervision by Georgia authorities since Glasker plans to move to that state to live with his brother, a doctor of nuclear medicine, later this month.
Baumgardner noted that the plea agreements reached with both Register and Glasker are contingent upon their willingness to testify in another matter before the court.
