Graveside services for James Harvey Brown, 62, of Amissville were conducted Sunday at Sperryville Cemetery by the Rev. Lindsay Savage.
Mr. Brown died Friday, December 18, 1981 at Winchester Memorial Hospital. Son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Gideon Brown, he was a native of - Rappahannock County. His wife was the late Lou Ada Wharton Brown.
He is survived by a daughter. Miss Betty Jean Brown; two sons, James Edwin Brown and Jerry Lynn Brown, all of Amissville; one grandson; and a sister, Mrs. Stella Funk of Elkton, Md.
