Larry Brown Settle of Castleton was convicted of failure to stop for a police officer. His operator’s license was suspended for six months and he was fined S250 plus court costs.
Judge Robertson extended the two year probation of Roger Wilson Haynes for an additional year in response to charges of probation violation. Haynes had been given two years probation for a five year sentence, suspended, for felonious assault and battery.
