In execution ot a certain deed of trust from Cecil M Boyer, Jr., to Samuel N. Moore and I.J. Crickenberger, Trustees, dated September 5, 1980, and recorded on January 30, 1981, in the Clerk's Office, Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 137 at Page 666, default having been made in the payment of the debt therein secured and being required to do so by the noteholder, the undersigned trustees, after giving fourteen (14) days due notice to the owners of the real estate of the date, time, place, and terms of sale, will offer for sale at public auction on the premises at Route- 611 in Rappahannock County, Virginia, approximately 1 5 miles southwest of Amissville, Virginia, on Thursday, February 4, 1982, at 1:30 PM. Eastern Standard Time, the real estate with improvements thereon known as 69.063 acres of farm land on Route 611 in Rappahannock County, Virginia, approximately 1.5 miles southwest of Amissville, Virginia, containing four (4) parcels of land with the following Tax Map identification numbers: 32-35, Lee Highway, containing 31 243 acres: 32B (1), Cannon Hoyle Tract, Herbert Land Lot G. containing 16 17 acres: 32-26A containing 12 19 acres adjoining Charles Briggs: and 32-26B containing 9 46 acres adjoining Charles Briggs, all in Rappahannock County. Virginia, and more particularly described in the aforesaid1 deed of trust to which reference is hereby made
