Hillcrest Memory Gardens and Pine Grove Memory Gardens, both in Jeffersonton, have been sold by J. C. Geest of Geest and Johnson Funeral Home in Culpeper.
The new owner is Darryl E. Windham, president of Page Valley Development Corporation, Inc.
According to Windham, the corporation plans improvements in both cemeteries. Currently under construction at Hillcrest Memory Gardens, a new administration building will provide space for record keeping, memorial display and customer information aimed at better serving the community.
