The remaining population in Loudoun would be placed in a district with approximately 17,000 citizens in Northern Fauquier, including the Rectortown. The Plains. Broad Run. Warrenton and Kettle Run precincts.
The Leeds. Marshall. Waterloo and Remington precincts in western Fauquier would then become part of a district including Clarke. Rappahannock, and Warren counties and a northern section of Culpeper County. The southern Fauquier precincts of Catlett. Opal and Morrisville would form a single-member district with a portion of both Stafford County and the city of Fredericksburg.
