As the result of a plea bargain. Irvin Lewis Jenkins of Sperryville. entered a guilty plea to charges of destruction of private property. Judge Alexander concurred with the commonwealth’s recommendation that he be sentenced to 60 days in jail, the term suspended upon good behavior. Also as a condition of probation, Jenkins was ordered to stay off of the premises of the Sperryville Corner Store and its immediate vicinity until he is given permission to return by the court. In addition. Jenkins was instructed to make full restitution for the destroyed property valued at $37 and to pay court costs. His fine of $100 was suspended contingent upon his compliance with the other terms of his probation.
