Bill Fletcher, attorney for Smith, told the WSA last month that the seDtic field constructed at the old co-op in 1T18 was designed—and approved by the health department—to serve a daily population of 50-60 people, the approximate number of employees of the apple packing cooperative. Fletcher also reported that the health department would approve the Septic hook-up sought by Smith if the arrangement was first approved by the WSA.
