Girls Finish Second
The Lady Panthers overwhelmed next year's district opponent Manassas Park but slipped behind Luray as the girls' portion of the tri-school meet ended with Luray scoring 76 points to 57'/2 for Rappahannock and 1 t‘/i for Manassas Park.
Kathy Davis, Cristol Porter, Raynetta Gheen and Kim Williams took first in the 800 relay in 1:55.1 and first in the 400 relay in 54.9 seconds.
