Arts Meeting Set Persons interesested in an arts center for Rappahannock are urged to attend the meeting at the courthouse on Monday, May 3, at 7:30 p.m. Names will be presented as nominees for a board of directors for a non-profit corporation which will work towards and administer an arts center. In addition, a second committee will report on progress towards incorporation.
