Dr. Scott D. Banks, local chiropractic physician, ran in the Boston Marthon held on Saturday, April 19th. The winner, Berto Salazar, ran the 26.2 miles in 2:08:50. Banks ran the course in 2:45:45.
The doctor, who maintains offices in Front Royal and Winchester, ran as a member of a four person team representing the Foundation for Chiropractic Education and Research, dn addition to the run. he lectured at the Annual Symposium for the Council on Sports Injuries of the American Chiropractic Association held in conjunction with the Marathon.
