Visiting Mr. and Mrs. Luther Payne Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Charles Edward Payne of Falls Church and Mr. and Mrs. Tom Jenkins, T. J. and Kim of Culpeper.

Mr. and Mrs. Davis Burke and Terry of Manassas, Mrs. Debbie Wines of Chester Gap, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Alther and children of Sperryville and Mr. and Mrs. Lemen Owens of Broad Run were Sunday guests of Mrs. Gabe Burke.

Mrs. Joseph Nordone and Mrs. Frank Hume, both of Sperryville and Mrs. Douglas Fairfax attended the state convention of Virginia Federation of Garden Gubs held in Richmond Tuesday and Wednesday.

Ms. Ann Eastham, Richie and Edie entertained Sunday with a cookout. Guests were Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Frazier of Castleton, Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Brown and Amanda and Mr. and Mrs. Edward Gark.

Miss Nancy Buntin of Leesburg spent the weekend with Sheriff and Mrs. W. A. Buntin. They spent Sunday at Monticello.

Miss Lois Yates of Newport News was a Friday evening guest of Mr. and Mrs. John Norman and Leslie.
