By consensus, the planning commissioners agreed to go with the more stringent billboard regulations and, in accordance with another suggestion from McNear, include a prohibition (in the subdivision ordinance) against subdividing property that is under open space easement.
Zoning administrator David Konick asked that the revised ordinance clarify the exemption on setback regulations granted to utility structures.
