BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS FOR RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Pursuant to Section 16-2-3-(1) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance. 1973, and Section 15.1431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia at 9 00 a m on Friday, August 12, 1983, at which time the Board of Zoning Appeals will consider the following Special Use and Variance applications: (1) Application No 205: Edgar H Brenner has applied for a Special Use Permit to build a second residence on his 505 acre property and to locate a temporary mobile home or trailer there during construction in Harris Hollow on route 622 in accordance with Section 2-12(19) and Section 12A-1 of the Ordinance. (2) Application No. 206: Neva McL Ordman has applied for a Special Use Permit to reconstruct an old log house on her fifty acres off Route 638 as a second dwelling on one lot in accordance with Section 2-1-2(19) of the Ordinance (3) Application No. 207: A. K. Davis has applied for a Variance to construct a pole building for agricultural purposes in a floodplain on State Route 622, Harris Hollow, in accordance with Sections 9-7 and 10-1 of the Ordinance

(4) Application No. 208: C. & P. Telephone Company of Virginia has applied for a Special Use Permit to place an apparatus cabinet for electronic telephone equipment on land owned by the Alton T Bailey estate at Route 645 and Route 637 in accordance with Section 2-12(10) of the Ordinance. (5) Application No. 209: Mr. and Mrs. Howard Holschuh have applied for a Special Use Permit to build more than one dwelling on a lot on their property on Route 626 near Rock Mills, Stonewall Magisterial District, in accordance with Section 2-1-2(19) of the Ordinance. The above named applicants and any other interested parties wishing to be heard are requested to be present at the said time and place or to forward their written comments to the Board of Zoning appeals, at the Zoning Office, P. O Box 222, Washington. Virginia, 22747-0222 prior to the meeting. Copies of the foregoing applications are on file at the Zoning Office for public inspection, Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00 a m. to 4:30 p.m., 675-3424.
