Hog Prices
Nathan Burke, a fifth grade student at Rappahannock Elementary School, was the local star in the swine show. Nathan won first place in junior showmanship and the championship plaque in junior fitting and showing with his 220 pound hog Darth Vader. (Last year Burke placed fourth in class hogs.)
Amanda Magee, Irvin Starks, and Timmy Falls all placed third in their weight divisions. Amanda also placed fifth with another 210 pound hog. Joyce Starks placed sixth with her 215 pound hog. Also exhibiting from Rappahannock were Dawn Burke, David Beck,
