Doris Donald says “a flock of birthdays and a heap big celebration” took her to Tacoma Park last weekend to stay with her daughter and family (Mr. & Mrs. Stephen McCauley). Doris went Friday and came back Saturday night.
Mary Neal went to Baltimore last week to visit her sister Pota Poulos, but she says the big trip was in May when she went to Greece. Mary says she likes to "go here and there.”
Mr. and Mrs. Stevan Nikolajevic arrange for people from all corners of the world to come to Castleton. Last weekend they were entertaining Mr. and Mrs. William Todd and their three sons Patrick, Michael, and Christopher. The Todds are from Arlington, but recently bought 35 acres near Flint Hill and hope eventually to become fulltime Rappahannock residents and not just weekend at the Nikolajevics’ lake. Stevan says weekend before last was the real convention. Houseguests included the Todds as well as Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Bolstein and their son Eric, Mr. and Mrs. Jehan DeBar, and Mr. and Mrs. Albert Jambou. Bolstein is a Washington, D.C. attorney. DeBar
