Mr. and Mrs. Forest McCarty of Stephens City were Sunday afternoon and evening dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Kermit Weakley.
Mrs. Ann Parker, Cassandra and Frank, Jr. of Culpeper were weekend visitors of Mrs. Parker’s father, H. T. Updike.
Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Ogden and grandson, David of Altavista spent Wednesday and Thursday with Mr. and Mrs. Rex Lindstrom. Mrs. Martha Alther of Front Royal was a weekend guest of the Lindstroms.
Mr. and Mrs. James Marshall of Petersburg and Mrs. Kenty Dooley of Lynchburg were recent guests of Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Keyser at “The Oaks”. Mrs. Marshall and Mrs. Dooley are twin nieces of Mr. Keyser. On Friday evening Mrs. Mervin Jeffries and Elliott Buckner of Sperryville visited Mr. and Mrs. Keyser. Mr. Buckner was a student of Mrs. Keyser’s over 50 years ago. He is also a nephew of Mrs. W. M. Fletcher.
