NOTICE
The Planning Commission of Rappahannock County has received from the Advisory Committee an application for a tagon to the existing Jenkins Mountain Agricultural and Forestal District in the Hampton Magisterial District of Rappahannock County, Virginia. The application is made pursuant to Chapter 26, Section 15.11509 of the Code of Virginia. 1950, as amended. Pursuant to Sections 15.1-431 and 15.1-1511 of the Code of Virginia as amended, and Article 17-3 of the 1973 Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County, Virginia as amended, notice is hereby given of the following:
(i) The aforesaid proposal is on file and open to public inspection
in the Office of the Clerk of the Rappahannock
County Board of Supervisors.
(ii) The names of those applying for said tag-on to the Jenkins
Mountain Agricultural and Forestal District and the
owners of those properties included in such district are
