Fannon; essentially, Bessie Belle is definitely a conservation area, not agricultural.
Bessie Belle’s values to mankind are its beauty, its suitability for wildlife, hiking, etc. Towers do not contribute to any of these. Also I hear that the proposed tower will cause material interference to TV reception and contribute nothing of value to human life in Rappahannock. True or not?
