Drought stricken farmers in Rappahannock, Culpeper, Louisa and Albemarle counties have been declared eligible for emergency disaster loan assistance from the Farmer’s Home Administration.
Congressman J. Kenneth Robinson was notified of the action late Thursday afternoon, according to the seventh district representative’s office.
