The double ring ceremony was performed by the Rev. Kirby Shenk.
Margaret Way land of Sperrvville played the wedding music.
Given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, the bride wore a white satin floor length gown with lace sleeves. Her flowers were a bouquet of roses, daisies and carnations.
Pamela Hamm of Culpeper, cousin of the bride was maid of honor. She wore a yellow gown and carried a bouquet of yellow daisies.
Linda Kay Smoot of Sperryville was her sister’s flower girl. Her gown was beige and her flowers were a basket of white daisies.
Best man was Jerry Grigsby of Luray.
For her daughter’s wedding, Mrs. Smoot chose a beige formal length gown.
The groom’s mother wore a baby blue formal length gown.
Immediately after the ceremony a reception was held at the home of the bride's parents.
Following a short wedding trip the couple is residing in Sperryville.
