Another 20 percent of the new funding goes towards administration of the state’s eight regional EMS councils, including Rosson’s Culpeper office which serves Rappahannock and the rest of the counties in the ninth planning districts and the Virginia Federation of EMS Councils at Charlottesville which serves the five planning districts in this area. The money is intended for the coordination of training, planning, development and communications.
