We wonder whether “Pop” Donald will enter — he might be hard to beat. He was reminiscing the other day about the time Walter Johnson judged a track meet at Central High School in D. C. “Pop” won three medals for running. He was just a little whipper-snapper of 17 at the time and he remembers Johnson had “hands like hams — no wonder he could throw a baseball!”
