Eve Party
Invitations will soon go out for th<* second annual RAAC New Year’s Eve party, dinner and dance. The party is planned to 1m* held on December 31 at the Middle Street (Jailor v with dinner served in the Trinity Parish Hall.
Christmas Concert
On Sunday, December 11, at 3 p.m., the Choral Society of Culpeper will present its Kith annual concert of Advent and Christmas music at the new Precious Blood Catholic Church, 401 N. Main St. in Culpeper.
Charpentier’s lovely “Midnight Mass for Christmas” as well as several special arrangements of unusual French, Spanish, Finnish and American carols and the Mendelssohn - Bartholdy “Behold a Star from Jacob Shining” will be included in the program. The 38 voice chorus will be accompanied by a chamber orchestra and organist Dorothy Jones. Several soloists will be featured.
The concert is free and open to the public.
